Local Napa Valley Wineries seeking skilled Warehouse/Forklift Operators. Must be flexible to work varying/rotating shifts to include weekends, holidays and overtime. Positions are typically long-term/seasonal.
Essential Duties
- Must be able to drive all forks, squeeze lifts in proficient matter, and keep up with all production speeds.
- Correctly identify all pallet tags, and warehouse tags for all products at line speed.
- Must make sure all products have the correct tags and identification on each load before staging.
- Must make sure all Quality Assurance (QA) and Production tags are on each loads and are correct before moving. If not sure, notify Supervisor.
- Must be able to fill out and interpret all paperwork for bottling, shipping, and receiving.
- Assure all items are stacked correctly and stacked on pallets when requested.
- Conduct inventory counts.
- Pull daily orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Keep all shipping areas clean and free of trash.
- Fill out shipping paperwork when needed.
- Must check that all dock-locks are operational at the start of shift. Report to Supervisor if one is not working properly.
- Work with Shipping clerk on receiving and shipping paperwork.
- Ensure palletizer is putting out proper stacking patterns.
- Loading trucks and their proper stacking patterns.
- Loading trucks with proper weight distribution.
- Perform all paperwork, loading, and receiving procedures as defined in the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) manual unless approval is received from a supervisor.
- Must be able with proper safety training, to replace and reset all stretch wrappers and top sheets with rolls.
- Must keep the pallet storage and containment areas cleaned and organized.
- Must keep all plastic bailed and stacked.
- Receive all sales wines and put in proper area as directed by receiving department.

This position provides overall leadership and has full responsibility for the Accounting and Financial Reporting function for nice companies, ensuring timely, complete, accurate and efficient preparation and analysis of internal and external financial reports and financial information. This position also develops and oversees corporate financial policies, procedures and processes for the company's business and support units to ensure consistency and compliance in all financial/business services activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the Accounting and Financial Reporting staff to ensure the functions run effectively and efficiently, meeting the goals and objectives identified by the CFO.
- Promote system and procedural changes and efficiencies to provide for continuous improvement of departmental functions and information.
- Promote/provide staff counseling, coaching and development; provide feedback on performance and expectations, which includes review/preperation of staff performance evaluations and individual objectives for each direct report.
